Sex after having a baby: a workshop in Brunswick

Sex after having a baby: a workshop in Brunswick

Whether you just had a baby or have had a child in your home for a while now, you may have noticed that your sex life has taken a turn since this event. It is very common for people to feel tired, overwhelmed, and oversubscribed. Your sexual self is often the first thing to go and the last thing on your mind. But sexuality is essential to who you are and should provide you with an outlet, some pleasure and joy, and a way to connect to others and yourself.

I hope you will come and join this discussion on sex in the years following having a child. It will be a nonjudgemental and relaxing conversation, full of information and fun.

Please come to the talk at Maine Mother + Co. on November 1 at 10:30-12. The talk is only for people who identify as mothers. Babies in arms are welcome. There will be some delicious treats. And oh ya, did I mention this workshop is free! But we want to know you are coming so please click here to get tickets: https://mainemother.as.me/schedule.php?appointmentType=11257425&fbclid=IwAR1TNMR26-4jSddguN5QJQXTApQ5T7gT7qHUFnmduiUxrsaIFLBxGbQGPkU
